Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds and cancellation fees may apply to ExteriorCompletion services. We keep it simple and apply it fairly based on the work that was actually completed.
Refunds
- Refunds are available only when the agreed work was not completed.
- If work was partly completed, we may issue a prorated refund for the unfinished portion of the job.
- Any refund amount may account for labour, materials, disposal, travel, and other costs already incurred for the completed portion of the work.
- If the work was completed as agreed, refunds are not available simply because you change your mind.
Cancellations
- If you cancel a scheduled service for a reason not caused by ExteriorCompletion, a $110 cancellation fee may apply.
- This includes cancellations after we have reserved time, prepared materials, or sent a crew to the property.
- The $110 cancellation fee is intended to cover scheduling, travel, and preparation costs tied to the booking.
- If ExteriorCompletion cancels the work, or if we cannot perform it because of our fault, no cancellation fee will be charged.
