These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Exterior Completion website and the landscaping and snow removal services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Exterior Completion provides landscaping, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and seasonal yard care services to residential and commercial properties in Calgary, Alberta, and surrounding areas.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are free and provided without obligation.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing is based on the scope of work described at the time of the quote. Additional work beyond the original scope may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
- Seasonal contracts are billed monthly or as agreed upon in writing.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- We aim to provide same-day response to all quote requests.
- Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
- Snow removal is performed as needed based on snowfall conditions.
- You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Seasonal contracts may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
4. Payment
- Payment terms are net 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque.
- Late payments may be subject to a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Property Access
By engaging our services, you grant Exterior Completion and its team members access to your property as necessary to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring:
- Clear access to areas requiring service
- Removal of personal items, vehicles, or obstacles from work areas
- Notification of any hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions
6. Weather & Force Majeure
Service schedules may be affected by weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services promptly.
7. Liability
- Exterior Completion carries general liability insurance for all work performed.
- We take reasonable care to prevent damage to your property. If damage occurs as a direct result of our work, we will repair or compensate for the damage at our expense.
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by weather events, or damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems, or landscaping features.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the services provided under the applicable agreement.
8. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess and, if warranted, re-do the work at no additional charge.
9. Website Use
- The content on our website is for general information purposes only.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time.
- Photos on our website represent our work but individual results may vary based on property conditions, season, and other factors.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
